This game can be played in WebGL or Windows.
For Mac/Linux users:
• Play the game in WebGL. The game takes a few minutes to load for the first time.
NOTE: Launch the game in Incognito Mode to avoid issues, WebGL is sometimes buggy in some cases.
For Windows users:
• You can play the game on either platform but I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND launching the game on Windows (EXE or ZIP file format) because the game is much more optimized there.

If Google Chrome blocks the downloaded installer, just "keep" the file. Google Chrome is heavily secured and blocks unknown installers like these.

Hello, I've checked the level :) There shouldn't be any problem somehow.
• Have you tried pressing Jump + Directional (left or right) button at the same time?
• Try jumping off the ladder just before you reach the top of it.
• What operating system are you currently using? Does the error still persist after reloading the game?
I tried on different browsers it seems working fine, but let me know if the problem is still there so I could check the certain area of the level thoroughly. Thank you!
I checked again. Your combination "pressing Jump + Directional (left or right) button at the same time" works fine. But leaving the stairs is done under the condition that you have defined - "jumping off the ladder just before you reach the top of it".
I think it's not the operating system or the need to restart the game. It's just that the first time I acted differently.
Oops! My bad😅 I should've elaborated more of that in the tutorial stage.
